INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN ROMANIA

We are a group of Italian investors who are offering up for sale four real estate properties, both commercial and residential, in and around the area of Braila, Romania. All properties offer the possibility for further development and belong to Romanian companies whose shares are also for sale. We are willing to consider offers for the purchase of all the properties listed.

PROSPECTS

All the properties have exceptional potential for new (or further) development and this potential is reinforced by their proximity to one another. The already existing business models can be adapted to better accommodate for either tourism and/or industrial or agricultural opportunities. On the land of the hotel, for example, it is possible to expand the existing structure or to build the equivalent of ten other hotels of the same volume – suggesting resort scale potential. All interested investors should consider that any development would be eligible for European Funding. Furthermore, one should consider new prospects for the area once the new Braila Bridge is completed in 2022.
